Active Projects

Built by neighbors, shaped for generations

We co-design and build permanent community assets across Washington State. From neighborhood food forests to cleared mountain trails, we bring the tools and organizational support to bring your local vision to life.

Tangible community assets

Every project is initiated, built, and maintained directly by the residents who use them daily in their own neighborhoods.

Eastside Food Forest

Sauk River Trail

Selah Greenhouse

An acre of neglected urban land transformed into a multi-layer community orchard, berry patch, and educational gathering space.

Clearing three miles of flood-damaged pathway, restoring native cedar plantings, and installing hand-carved cedar wayfinding.

A solar-passive greenhouse built with reclaimed timber to extend the growing season for local youth wellness programs.

The Impact

We didn't just get a new public orchard; we got to know our neighbors. The true value is the community built while clearing the brush.

Stewardship

A resident or community leader identifies a physical space that needs care, wellness infrastructure, or environmental restoration.

We host collaborative planning sessions to map out the space, secure necessary permits, and source local sustainable materials.

Neighbors gather to do the heavy lifting together, supported by our tools, safety coordinators, and warm coffee.

The neighborhood takes ownership, maintaining the asset for future generations while we remain on call for maintenance support.

Have a project in mind?

Whether it is a neglected alleyway or an overgrown trail, we provide the organizing power, safety gear, and local permits to help you transform it.
